Set in bushland in the Blue Mountains, the client approached us for a second build. The first was for their young growing family in 2009. This time around the focus was on specific needs for their future living requirements with the adult children now visitors for short stays only. The challenge was the topography of the land and design constraints with building in a flame zone.

The challenge was never around trusting the process as we all had built the trust years prior. Two different sites, a few designs and a couple of years in the process before the build finally commenced.

The result is stunning and we have a client who is very happy for the second time around.
