The client dreamed of creating a seaside cottage for their family, just like they had enjoyed as children, travelling up from Sydney for summer holidays.

The late Geoffrey Brown, Architect from Victoria, was awarded the brief and designed a true American Hamptons cottage. The build was challenging but a true reflection of a great team, where client, architect and builder, all work together to create an architectural beauty.
